    Four Seasons is our region’s most trusted independent, non-profit community organization providing physical, emotional, spiritual support, and other helpful services to patients with serious illness and their loved ones. For over 40 years, Four Seasons has been a national leader in the delivery of co-created care. We currently serve the following 13 counties in Western North Carolina: Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, Polk, Rutherford, Swain, and Transylvania.

We are able to walk alongside you to help you navigate care options and choices. We partner with you, your family, and the community so that collaboratively you have the best support and advocates surrounding you as possible.

        Four Seasons offers outstanding home care services through Compassionate Home Care, a highly respected local agency that has served the area for over 15 years. Home care is available to individuals needing assistance with activities of daily living in any place they call home. Care is available to those at any age, with or without a life-limiting illness, in conjunction with any other healthcare services an individual may be receiving.

        Four Seasons provides Palliative Care services at our clinics in Asheville and Hendersonville, area hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Palliative Care is available to patients at any stage of illness, and can be provided alongside curative/life-prolonging treatments.
